About ARCE

The Romanian Association for Endoscopic Surgery and Other Interventional Techniques (ARCE) was founded in July 2001 thanks to the initiative of 28 enthusiastic medical specialists (20 general surgeons, 2 thoracic surgeons, 5 gastroenterologists and a pediatric surgeon).
Today the association has hundreds of members, both from the country and from abroad, most of them general surgeons but also surgeons belonging to other medical specialties as well as anesthetists, gastroenterologists, etc.
